• More than twenty five years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Started his career with Siemens Ltd ,Medical Engineering Division in India.
• In a career spanning 15 years with Siemens, lead teams in research and development, product development and process management and marketing.
• Key achievement in Siemens - Project manager for the development, manufacturing and launch of a mobile x-ray generator that today finds itself in the global market place – a first for a Siemens product developed entirely in India.
• In 2003, joined the Dubai office of a German pharmaceutical developing an oncology product - in a period of less than 3 years, the project completed entire pre-clinical, Phase I and initiated Phase II studies in EU and West Africa.
• Awarded an MBA (with distinction) in 2006 from the University of Strathclyde Business School, capping this achievements with two award - the Chris Hill Prize (for being the best overall student amongst the graduating batch of about 500 students) and the Sir Paul Girolami Prize (for scoring the highest marks in the Managing, Strategy and the International Environment module).
• Continues his association with the Business School as Advisory Board Member for the UAE campuses and as counselor for Operations Management and strategy related courses

Srinivasan is responsible for all operational strategies, development plans and project management. Additionally, he is responsible for overseeing the finance and administrative functions in Avicenna.
